Through EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches, we assist clients in trauma recovery, helping them process trauma, manage emotions, and build resilience. We are committed to making quality mental health support financially accessible by offering sliding scale appointments, and creating a safe and inclusive space where healing is possible for all.
